Ok not really! But hey I got you to read this post. J/k well it is getting warm so we have to start finishing our back yard. Jason is all sorts of excited but I just WANT IT DONE!!! He says then you just get use to it and it isn't cool anymore, so he doesn't mind the time it takes. We kind of have different ideas on what to do so it will be interesting to see how it turns out. Jason is a perfectionist so it should turn out great! (Even if it takes all spring and summer)
Another exciting thing just to help our back yard...our neighbor is GIVING US A HOT TUB :) (Ok trading) The house we bought has the hook up, which alone costs a lot of money. So since we moved in Jason keeps bringing up a hot tub. I am so not ever going to spend thousands of dollars on a hot tub. We won't use it enough and so many other things to buy first! But our great neighbor worked at bullfrog so he got us one...it is about 5 years old, but who cares!!! We have an old black car that just takes up space at our house and his son needs a car so he asked Jason if we could swap...the car for a hot tub! HOORAY :) So I am posting as they are under my deck hooking it up for me. THANKS! I am excited and not even half as excited and Jason.

Sorry about this weekend too. We didn't get done with the shower until like 4:00 and then I headed out to GUnnison because I hadn't seen Paul all week.
I'll be up again though so I will let you know for sure.

Daren always says thats on the top of our priority list...but seriously it's not practical when there are thousands of things I'd rather spend my money on. NOt saying I don't love hot tubs, I just love money more! I'm really jealous though. Thats a good swap!!!

Good luck finishing your back yard...we are still working on things in our yard..it seems like it never ends year after year..but I'm starting to like the projects we start each year.
Not to be the party pooper, but do make sure it has a locking lid and is child-proofed as much as a pool would be. I've read a story of a 15 mo. old who was outside playing and somehow climbed and fell into the hot tub, and drowned. People often don't think of a hot tub the same as a pool, but it does need to be protected just as well. Just some friendly neighborhood advice!! And you may want to call the HOA as well, and make sure you are within HOA guidelines.

Oh yeah its a good thing you dont live here in town or my husband would be there every time i turned around I'm not much of a hot tub kind os a person but way to SCORE!!!

OH MY GOSH I WOULD LOVE A HOT TUB BUT... my hubby will not let us buy anything like that if we can't pay it in full. I think going in debt would be so much more fun!! now trading that was a brilliant idea!! I bet you will just love it. and now I am going to trade my hubbys rock crawler.... if any one will take it, spred the word we are looking to TRADE!!! lol
